I had booked my husband in for five nights but I was discharged from hospital one day earlier than expected so he only stayed for four nights. Our options were to stay for the 5th night or to head home. As during his stay, the room had not been serviced or fresh towels had not been provided, it was unsuitable for someone that had had major surgery to stay there, so we headed home.

In reality, I didn't even get the chance to stay here as somewhere between expedia and the motel they had my dates incorrect and when I arrived as booked there was no accommodation for me. Also quite annoyed at the back and forth between me, expedia, and the motel that lasted almost a week trying to get a refund when the issue was not on me. The area, however, did have lots of dining options in walking distance. If you have a car in the city it's a good options with parking included and about 10-15min depending on traffic to get to the viaduct. The staff at the motel when I showed up was very apologetic but did nothing to help me find alternate accommodation. Also shouldnt have taken 4 days for expedia to get ahold of them to approve a refund when she literally told me to reach out to expedia for a refund.
