Disappointed. The hotel is getting tired and needs a little uplift. I.e. worn carpets in elevators. The refreshment bar on our floor needed attention—espresso/coffee machine need not work properly; carbonated water did not work. We have stayed previously and enjoyed the hotel. It just seems like it is in need of some attention that it is not getting. The staff was as usual, very attentive and polite.

Hotel Vermont is just okay. Stay somewhere nearby for half the price. We didn’t get our room cleaned as specifically asked for (they only clean rooms by request), our main sink drain was clogged during our stay, and the walls are paper thing (you can hear and feel everything around you). Free parking would have been nice for this kind of pricey stay. Not worth it.

Excellent hotel with kind staff and good service. In-hotel restaurant is good, but costly. Surrounding area are proximity to Church street is great, but lots of construction during our stay. Hotel itself is gorgeous and our stay was very pleasant.
