Room service wasn’t available on three separate occasions, (all three different days and times). I asked for another blanket they dropped a blanket off at the door with yellow stains all over it. When I contacted them about it they said they had no other blankets available, I then asked if they could at least clean it because of the stains as stated before. They said it was just stained and was “probably clean.” We didn’t end up using that blanket obviously. It was cold at night due to the window literally decaying and letting in an abundance of cold air, we also had problems heating the room with their specific heater they use it regulates how hot it gets and it felt like it maxes out at 62°F.

Clean spacious room, great front desk staff and bartender. Clean gym with decently heavy dumbbells. Nice pool and sauna. Felt so welcomed at check in and our bartender on Friday evening was very friendly.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Especially staff member Jen/Jennifer, even making our children feel special. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Hotel is in walking distance of centre and lots of tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel facilities were not available such as pool, sauna spoilt trip. This was not communicated by hotels.com so did not get what I paid for I request you let me know why I was not told. Hotels answer was on there site it told you but used hotels.com. Would not consider booking again.

There were a few issues with our stay. Rooms were not ready on arrival. There was a technical issue on our last morning resulting in no heating or hot water. The only offer of any compensation is a reduced rate should we return . The actual hotel is very nice, with comfortable rooms. A special mention to Alastair who was always friendly and engaging whenever we saw him. Every hotel needs an Alastair!
