Needs refurbished

The hotel is in desperate need of a refurbished, or to be demolished, as it looks more like a dilapidated old folks home with threadbare floral carpets, damaged furniture, antique bathrooms , dust hanging from the roof….the list goes on. The grounds need to be looked at as full of dead plants, filthy slabs, dead leaves and cigarette ends gathered. Reception staff need a customer service course as all came across as if they didn’t want to be there.

The whole place was dated, and the decor was tired. But they seem to be upgrading the place room, by room..pay a bit extra and get one of the newer rooms. It was quiet and the staff were delightful

Está muy lejos de la estación de tren, no hay buses cercanos ni tampoco taxis. Dejando de lado eso, el hotel es excelente, la atención del personal es muy buena y el desayuno también.
