Appreciated the small details like tea and coffee available in the lobby all day and different proteins available with breakfast. The staff at breakfast kept everything well stocked. Staff were all very friendly and it was easy and quick to get to West Edmonton mall. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in the city.

The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The facilities were also clean and the gym was well-equipped. The bathroom was a bit small, but good enough. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we checked in. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay

Comfortable stay. Hotel was quiet even though full for the weekend. Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and we had prompt service when we called down with a maintenance issue. Breakfast was good and plentiful

AMAZING!

This amazing stay began right away with the front desk. They were super welcoming, accommodating and even willing to address a billing issue we had (nothing to do with them). The stay continued through a great breakfast both days. The place is run like a well oiled machine, and the games room gave extra entertainment, including pool table, foosball, ping pong and carnival style basketball game. Parking lot was easy to get in and out of as well. Highly recommend!
