Was charged extra fee (tourism fee) without informing me at the time of check in. I always booked and stay in hotel almost every month and this is the only hotel who charged me of tourism fee. I am surprised because never had this fee before.
Staff are not friendly and not approachable. I regret staying here for few days. I am a regular customer of best western and only this location made my experience not to come back. I booked for 3nights and thinking it was a hassle free. Didn’t know that this hotel doesn’t offer cleaning if you stay extra days. I ask for consideration of cleaning our room on our 2nd night/3rd day because i have infant with me. The frontdesk manager decline and not even giving consideration. I feel helpless and shock because the other best western locations are not like these. Or even the other hotels. I asked the night shift reception and they told me that customer can actually request if they wanted to. I asked the manager the next day about it and she respond to me that her staff is not aware and she told her staff not to offer cleaning or not to tell customer that they can request.
My experience here gave me the reason not to come back.
