Convenient to hospital / clinic . In city for appointments. Close to west Edmonton mall for shopping. Indoor pool, and jacuzzi was great way to end the day.

We always stay here when we go to Edmonton. It's not that far from West Edmonton mall. The room is exactly what we need when our family stays there.

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. The one elevator is absolutely awful and it takes forever. If you are good with stairs then stay here but considering everyone even all the staff use the same elevator it’s beyond painful if you have lots of bags or don’t want to use the stairs. I had a room with 2 queen beds, kitchen and couch area. If you are wanting this hotel for the kitchen I would opt for another hotel. The kitchen space isn’t great to use especially with only one hot plate option and the bin you are given isn’t great with the stuff they provide. If your wanting it just more for snacks and such it will be fine but we were here for almost a week so it wasn’t great. Also if you have the door closed to the bedroom there is no airflow into the kitchen and living room space so it gets very hot. The kitchen lighting is also not great with the only window being in the bedroom and a dim entrance light for the main light source for kitchen and living room. The room is okay but again there are other hotels nearby with kitchen and bedroom options that have much better set ups. If you’re paying the price for this set up is recommended looking elsewhere. The pool area is pretty warm and the hot tub is so hot (staff was bringing in buckets of ice) to try and cool off the temperature and lack of towels was always an issue. Breakfast was meh, the spices on the eggs is weird and it’s very repetitive overall. If I was here for a weekend this hotel would be ok.

Good food options including some gluten free items. Coffee was always ready and the extra automatic machine upfront was great. Miranda was a great helpful person, I had arrived a couple hours early and she found a cleaned room shortly for me to be set up for the week . Some guest are unaware of there actions, with slamming doors and letting children screaming down hallways. No fault of BW at all

This hotel has one very slow small elevator to service four floors. The stairs are not close if you opt to use those. I went to the the pool multiple times there were never any towels left and the used ones were all over pool. When I told the front staff they did deal with it right away. The edge of my bed was worn out where a person would sit. The staff was nice.

When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged right away. Although there was no lineup and the front desk staff saw me, they didn’t engage until I approached the desk myself. One of the staff members simply asked if I was checking in. I think the front desk team could work on being more hospitable and improving their customer service. Stay Experience: Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having a microwave in the room, which is a nice touch as many hotels don’t offer that anymore. What I Liked: • Easy access to my car through a nearby exit • Spacious room with a clean, modern setup • Refillable shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel (no need to ask for extras) • Free parking • Continental breakfast included What Could Be Improved: • I was placed under a family, and every morning I was woken up by noise from kids running in the room above • My room was near the ice machine, so I could hear people getting ice throughout the day and night • The mini convenience store only accepts debit cards, which is inconvenient for those wanting to pay by credit card Also, Towels should be cleaner and checked before being put in the room. Mine had a make-up stain or stain

Nice hotel to stay

The room is very clean and the space is enough. The receptionists are friendly. Also, the coffee from the lobby machine is pretty good. The only problem is that the breakfast place is too crowded.
