An excellent use of space that would be perfect for 1-2 people staying for any length of time. Quiet suburban neighborhood. Shops, food, and a dispensary all within a 20-30 minute walk from the suite. It's in a basement but the height from the floor to the ceiling is more than you'd expect and the shower would work perfectly for tall folks.
