Won’t stay here

They upgraded our room which was nice.i picked the hotel for location and water slide I thought great.the pictures look great but when you go to the pool area wasn’t what u thought it would be the floor in pool n hot tub were so rough your literally scraping yourself.the room had a weird odour to it when ac was on.bed was uncomfortable.I noticed there was two charges on my credit card I’ve called n talked to someone n they kept telling me there’s only one I’ve called the bank beforehand and they told me I got charged for the same amount.so talking to whoever got me no where as I have proof of charges.now I’m next to make a dispute since they haven’t want to deal with it.i wouldn’t stay or recommend staying here.

A warm welcome, comfortable, albeit dated.

The hotel was perfect in many ways: the staff were excellent and very welcoming; the room was spacious albeit dark; the room was clean, but dated in many ways. Breakfast served a purpose and was all fresh, but struggled with the amount of plastic, i.e. plates, cutlery, etc. Not environmentally good.

We stayed for a family vacation. Breakfast was great! They have an amazing unique restaurant in the parking lot. Room was big. The pool was fun but could get busy. Average for cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

it was fine but little cluster experience

- Room hair dryer not working - Elevator 1 decided to stop and will not open the door so my family and I with other person were stuck inside the Elevator for 20 minutes then after 20 minutes, we were to get out then met with paramedics for wellness check
