Nice, clean, friendly hotel for families

Clean and friendly, my young kids LOVED the waterslide, so much fun. Comfortable beds, pretty standard hotel but in a good way because you know what to expect and you'll feel comfortable with everything you need and not worried about grossness. Breakfast was easy and good (I would switch the waffle maker from the middle of the line tho just to smooth out some traffic). It's a pretty good location, great for West Ed mallers, about 5 mins. The restaurant across the parking area is fantastic as well.

The pull out bed mattress was really bad, the springs were bulging. There was a strange smell in the room when we first got in, maybe the chemicals they clean with, not pleasant. Pool was much smaller than in looked online. Staff were kind.

Property was clean, however our air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was good. When I arrived there was lack of communication between front desk people and I was told that I didn't have a room reserved after I had already checked in over the phone with my credit card. It was resolved, however slightly frustrating as I was travelling alone with my son and we got in late.

The hotel was clean, spacious, had lots of options at breakfast, and everyone was super friendly and helpful! Our kids loved playing in the pool. Our hotel room was very clean and cozy! It was well worth the price! Thank you for making our vacation a hit!

We are usually pretty easy going so we didn’t say anything during our stay. We stayed, we checked out with no intention of staying there again unless there were improvements. It was noisy from kids. It had a moldy smell and the carpets were damp to almost wet! The tv guide only worked half the time so we left the tv on the same station the whole time. We were not impressed

The lady at checkout did say she would bring it up again, but they did say room numbers out loud at check out, the pool was cute, not very big but perfect for the little ones

We booked this hotel based on the listing saying it was a 3 min drive to west Edmonton mall, NOT true. It's a 15 minute drive. This was a big disappointment. What's concerning is some travelers could think they can walk to the mall. This would be very difficult especially with children! You have to drive a major road to get there with little pathway. The shower that everyone is to take before entering the pool wasn't working, the water wasn't very clear. The pool itself was quite small and the whole area was overcrowded. The included breakfast was pretty good with a variety of choices and was well stocked. The room was spacious but outdated. The lobby looks nice but the rest of the hotel needs to be updated.

The staff and service at the hotel was excellent. The hotel itself is aging, and the wear and tear is evident in the rooms, towels, sheets etc. The breakfast had good options and the staff were always refilling the items. The walls and ceiling are thin and neighbouring noise can be heard. Lots of parking available at this hotel. And access to the mall and shopping is really quick and easy.

The pool area makes your eye irritated. Pool water is murky. Breakfast is very limited to most others. Dog barked the whole evening and after multiple calls to front desk, the owners finally came home around 11pm. Not the best stay. Would choose another property next time

Great stay! We will return. Comfy beds, quiet yet convenient location. We’ve stayed at a quite a few hotels in the last couple years and this place is best yet. Pool temperature was perfect, waterslide was fun, most pools are freezing cold. The continental breakfast was far superior to others.. Make your own waffles was a huge hit.
