My stay was mostly pleasant, but I experienced an incident during breakfast where the hotel manager tapped me while explaining the waffle machine. I found this uncomfortable and not appropriate in a professional setting.

The staff were very kind! Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance, which we knew about beforehand, we received an email, but I will say that the room was noisy, the people above us were very loud, which is not at fault of the hotel, but Very heavy stepping all night
