Plug ins for my truck was great. Friendly staff at check in. Clean room. Was a little too from where I needed to commute to. I would highly recommend this hotel. I would book again if I didn’t find something affordable that was closer.

Very friendly staff in breakfast room - so appreciated. Front desk staff also very friendly and helpful. At -21C had no opportunity to view grounds. Interior of hotel was clean, but starting to show a lot of wear. Nicely decorated for Christmas.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. I woke up with multiple bite marks, which was extremely concerning. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the staff were not helpful or compassionate about the situation. Instead of addressing the issue right away, I was told I would have to contact the manager on Tuesday. This is not the kind of response you expect when dealing with a health and safety concern. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can make an informed decision before booking.
