Room was clean and very quiet. Front desk staff lacked customer service. Shower cap requested, never received. Gave up after mindnight. Hand soap was missing too and had to argue to get a 2 bars for the room. The breakfast was passable. Not enough space to everything. Won't stay again. Pet friendly! Shower and toulet really small.

The staff was awesome. The beds were not very comfortable and the tv was smaller than what you can find at a super 8. aesthetically it was beautiful, we wish the bar had better food. the staff were very accommodating, helped us with anything we needed. huge thanks to the staff for giving us a major break with pet fees, during an emergency situation with our landlord. the 2 gentleman that checked us in were very kind… the type of people i’d sit down and have a beer or two with (& i barely drink)

No soap in room for bathroom, one of the rooms smelled. Hallway was not well litand most frustrating was the pool way closed for maintenance and hot tub was being filled. Why could that not be serviced before pool hours. Won't be booking in the future.

The breakfast buffet could have been better with more quantities so that there was enough for everyone. Also with better choices. There also weren't enough towels for our party of 4 and we kept having to ask for towels.
