Disappointing stay. The “included breakfast” had barely any options — no fruit, bagels, etc — and we were told we couldn’t make a second waffle, even though it was the only edible thing available. Our room only had three pillows and none were available when we asked for more. The pool was poorly maintained, and the slide was out of service with no notice. Outdoor seating shown in photos wasn’t set up, even though the weather was great. Also, the bathroom toiletries were falling off the wall. We chose this hotel specifically for the advertised breakfast and pool, and felt misled.

OK-ish

There is always a lot of truth to the 'you get what you pay for' saying. Shower had really poor water pressure, and by the end of my shower I was ankle deep in water as the drain was REALLY slow. Otherwise, it was ok-ish. what do you expect for a hotel around a hundred bucks in Edmonton. I just wanted a place to sleep and that was fine. would not have wanted to stay there with my wife though.

One electrical outlet was available on one side of the room. In the bathroom, if the light was on the outlet worked. If the air conditioner, was on that outlet worked. Inconvenient for people travelling with electrical devices. Old lumpy pillows need to be replaced. The hottub was a decent temperature, minus the jets took awhile to somewhat work. Most of the tv channels would not work. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Front desk staff and pool attendant were all very pleasant.

The bed was the only thing good about this hotel. To bad not everybody had one, there was one person sleeping in the hallway all night. Supposedly there was a security guard on duty maybe he should learn how to do his job and have the person removed form the hotel. The next problem was all the undesirable people hanging around the hotel. There were car alarms going off at 3 am. When I got up at 530am and went outside there was garbage thrown all over the parking lot. The hottub was not functioning properly the jets weren't working. The last thing I want to ask is why does expedia.ca partner with such bad hotels.
