Pet friendly but not so friendly pets! Rooms are very noisy as are the hallways. The air conditioner was very noisy and dirty so had to unplug it. The pillows are either lumpy or hard and there were three to pick from. Beds were creaky. The back board of the beds were made from some kind of woven fabric and had a lot of unknown stains on them. Tried to find the hotel at night and the outside signs were not lit up. The water slide was not in working order but didn’t tell you until you reserved a room. “Breakfast included” means continental breakfast and the kitchen worker says only one waffle per guest! Also has a hidden fee charged to your credit card of two hundred bucks.

Rooms did not match any of the pictures showed on Expedia sites unfortunately I went through them all and not one picture matched the room they had is in. They have tried some upgrades with furniture and paint but very very rough. Locks broken, showers broken, AC and thermostats broken. Breakfast had NO ROOM TO SIT ANYWHERE and was just cereal and toast. My daughter couldn’t even find milk. So we went to the Italian restaurant the is in the hotel instead for breakfast and just pay for breakfast. Unfortunately there was fruit flies crawling in our kids fruit and French toast. We have never experienced something like this and we had already given them a glass of juice that had little bugs in it as well. Please know we have never walked away from a place before but this was too much! The staff on site and cleaning crew were very friendly but for over $300 for two rooms was 100% Not worth the stay. I truly do not like leaving poor reviews but want to make sure other families considering staying here to have a “cheaper” stay with breakfast and pool. I would say consider another hotel.

The tv was sporatic. Had maintenance up 2x. A cord issue. No water pressure..a trickle of water for bath shower, or sink. AC was freeze or nothing. No proteins for breakfast. Boiled eggs. Fruit just apples. No cream cheese for bagels. Broken waffle maker. Sour cream for coffee.

This was part of a longer trip. I moved from a smaller room to a bigger room as more people were meeting with me for the remainder of trip. The bigger room was cleaner, nicer and had better AC. Great location for the room and the building. The cleaner had an awful attitude but the front staff were nice and helpful. Great parking, great location, great value for my money. I appreciated the daily cleaning of my room. Will def rent here again.

I stayed in a small 1-queen bed unit the first half of my stay. The AC wasn't working well. The hallways were dirty. I appreciated them making up my room every day. I got a good rate from hotels.com (under $100). I was happy with room. Great value for what I was paying.

Undelivered promise

The hotel itself was as expected, but the amenities promised in the listing were not delivered as advertised. The waterslide was out of order, and the hot tub had no jets. In the arcade room one of the three games was out of order. Last the promised buffet breakfast wasn't a buffet, but a continental breakfast with a one waffle per person policy. There were no warm or hot options outside toasting, and it was quite disappointing. As the buffet breakfast, and waterslide were the primary reasons for choosing the travelodge over other comparable hotels it dampened enthusiasm for the stay.
