Soooo disappointing!!! When I booked the room I added a special request. Which was I NEEDED a room as close to the elevator as possible, I am physically unable to walk long distances. When we went to find our room upon arrival, it was down the hall on the 2nd floor, furthest from the elevator. So, I had that corrected immediately. Was moved to a room on the same floor that was the second door fromtje elevator. Got everything unloaded and once I was able to breathe again…proceeded to check the room over as I always do. Apparently they need to reteach their staff on how to thoroughly clean a room properly. There was layers of dust on the tops of the pictures, the headboards, on a shelf above where you hang clothes. As someone who has a dust allergy, this was not fun. The beds… pulled back the comforter to find it looked like they were already slept in. So wrinkled, and just looked like a kid made up the bed. The pillows suck… none really match, they are either cheap or old…or both. The bathroom, hairs found on the side of tub and the ledge in the shower. Shower curtains did not look very clean at all. In a room that can sleep 4 people, there were only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 facecloths. Plus the counter around the sink looked like it hadn't been wiped down. The window in the room was caked with ice on the inside plus the cold air that was coming in from around the AC unit was felt while I was on my bed… The pool…. Waterslide is awesome according to my 17-year-old.

Bath tub is a bit rough and took a long, long time to fill. Room was fine, they even made our beds and gave us new towels which hasn’t happened for us since covid- so that was nice. Breakfast wasn’t even worth going downstairs.. waffle maker but a sign that says “your breakfast ticket is only good for one waffle.” No margarine or butter and the only protein was yogurt or hard boiled eggs :/

We got there the first night and the next morning we had to change rooms due to a leaking toilet. Then in the new room the t.v was not working . My bed had i big dip in it and ypu could feel the springs pop. Then when goung to take a shower there was no water pressure and we asked about that and was told it was like that throughout the whole building. Then they must house homeless and we did not feel safe gooing or coming at night cause some where on drugs.
