The hotel is old and in need of updating. Our room was very small. The elevator squealed when moving and was a bit concerning. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to.

We booked this hotel primarily for the pool, only to be informed two hours before check-in that it was out of service—and had been for some time, with no plans to reopen soon. This was a huge letdown. The hotel itself is quite dated, and cleanliness was an issue. The chair in our room was extremely dirty, and the showerhead wasn’t even attached to the wall. With four people in our room, we were only provided with two towels. After calling the front desk, it took 2.5 hours to get extras. Temperature control was another issue. Our room was an uncomfortable 26°C, requiring us to run the air conditioning despite it being -17°C outside. The free continental breakfast was a nice perk, but the selection was limited, and the seating area was far too small to accommodate the number of guests. To top it all off, safety seemed to be a concern. While we were in the pool, a visibly intoxicated person attempted to get inside, pressing his face against the door window. It didn’t appear he was a guest. Then, during checkout, we were greeted by five police cars and an ambulance dealing with an incident at the hotel. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Stay was okay. Pictures on net are outdated. Breakfast needs improvement. If you're going to roll with what you have invest in some ketchup for the eggs and syrup for the waffles. Staff was great and the room was clean. Beds were comfy. Chamber maids were great. Great location for WEM and places to eat. Tons of dogs at this property and a lot of Riff-Raff people. Could be a government funded hotel? For the price overall it was sufficient.

A little run down. Small room. Staff were friendly. Easy check in. Lots of homeless in the area. Shopping and eats across the street. There was a big gap in the wall where the heater/air conditioner goes in to the room. Bed was comfy

Sub par hotel at best

Hotel getting very run down and old. Lots of unsavory people hanging around the parking lot. Washroom in the hot tub area had pee all.over the floor. The waterpark area was all closed off. We told someone but they didnt clean it. Found spots of blood in bathub. So it hadnt been cleaned. The free breakfast had very little to offer. I think the last time we stay there.

People started arguing very loud at 1 in the morning, argued for about 30 min and distrubing everyone, then argued again at 5 am in the morning, got no sleep. Breakfast was good and clean. 6/10
