Our room needed some maintenance. Housekeeping was sub-par - they while never replenish coffee/tea supplies. We also found trash left in the bathroom. The staff in the lobby and valet service were great.

Friendlier service would of been a nice touch. My wife and I did the whole staycation so we were dressed down so to speak and i feel that was a factor in how we were greeted and spoken to. Not a huge thing but enough to bring it up and the pillows were horrible. Aside that, clean property, modern, great view from room, bar was great and moderately priced.

Great stay

Stayed overnight on our roadtrip through texas. Friendly staff, cute lobby with a bar and activities like puting green, mini basketball, lawn jenga, and pool table. They have an outside patio as well. Room was clean and updated. In the heart of downtown area with bars and restaurants.

Decent facility, terrible staff

We traveled to El Paso for a funeral. We arrived in town early, hoping to get an early check in to change clothes and get to the funeral. The front desk clerk informed me that there was a room available but since we were there so early (9 am) she would have to charge me for an extra day. We declined, but asked if there was someplace my wife could wash up, put her makeup on and change clothes. The clerk directed her to the lobby restroom. When my wife mentioned that she needed to wash up before putting on her makeup and asked if she could get a towel, the clerk reluctantly went off and came back with a wash cloth. Not a hand towel, not a bath towel, a wash cloth. My wife washed up and changed in the lobby restroom and since there were no paper towels, and the wash cloth was inadequate for drying, she had to use toilet paper to dry her hands and face. The worst part of the experience was that not only was the desk clerk unhelpful, she was also rude. After the funeral we came back and checked into our room. Fortunately there was a new front desk clerk. Unfortunately he wasn’t much more helpful than the previous one.
