The hotel did not honor our already paid reservation, they only said “we do not have clean rooms” and denied service. Let’s hope we get our money back

Got the the hotel at 11:30. Told it was just remodel. It was definitely once an old hotel that had been painted over. Shower was nice with body gland shampoo. Bar soap and lotion at the sink outside the shower toilet room. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Wall Lamps on sides of bed didn’t work and the glass shower door was too small for the shower so water was on the bathroom floor when done. Otherwise the towels were clean and soft. Overall positives: towels, bedding and bed were 5 of 5. New carpet and blackout window coverings clean. Rough Paint job on door frames and doors. Breakfast was carbs overall. Some bananas and apples. Yogurt. Otherwise, carbs galore. Would stay again for the price and pets being welcome for a small fee.

The hotel was OK. It is unfortunate that the lobby area was not stacked with bottled water nor beer in the 2 days that we stayed in the hotel.

Booked king bed on highest floor. Elevator got jammed going to 2nd and 3rd floor. Me and 2 other guests were stuck about one minute until we forced door open. The front door of my room was open when I walked up to it. Eerie feeling. Door would not shut at all. Plus room reeked of cigarette smoke. Front desk changed my room, moved me to the first floor with 2 queen beds. Walls are thin. You can hear people above walking and across the hall. Dogs barking in rooms. Hotel is near restaurants and freeway I10. Front desk was friendly. Not the best hotel but ok for one night if you avoid the elevator and double check your room door closes.

This appears to be a recently remodeled hotel.The property was very clean and the rooms were clean and fresh. The staff was very attentive to out needs (mobility impaired) and accommodating. The location was quite good too, easy off and back on the interstate, and plenty of parking for those staying at the hotel. The rates were very reasonable too. Overall we had a very good experience and would definitely stay there again.

Nice friendly staff, good breakfast selection. Outside in back was dirty and stinky, pool had some tiny bugs inside. They made our bed when we were out and made little bats on the toilet paper that my son loved!
