Insincerity to the highest decree

They double charged me for the two night and the wall by the entry way was plastered and unpainted The connection to microwave was not working had to move microwave myself and plug it to another outlet When I alerted staff about any problem very insincere

Weekend stay

We were very impressed with the location and ease of finding La Quinta Inn & Suites in Yukon. The room was very clean and comfortable with a refridgerator and microwave and good T.V. The bathroom was very nice and everything worked well. Plenty of hot water. They provided a nice breakfast area with plenty of choices for food. We were very pleased with our stay.

OK stay,

The hot breakfast was nice. The ice machines worked! There were no towels in the pool area you had to go back to the desk to ask for them, even while house keeping was going in and out of the pool side door taking trash out etc, You would think if they took the time to clean it they would stick towels too. The tub stopper was broken Off in our room’s bathtub, we asked for some kind of stopper and were given rags to stuff down the drainage hole to use for a stopper. Room 221 The bathroom light went out the first nigh, room only had main lights at the bathroom and in front of the door so the main part of the room only had a lamp for lighting. The room did not come with do not disturb signs so we had to ask for them later. The room keys we had weren’t working at sometimes had to have them re-keyed. The worst part was we paid for a 1:00pm checkout on Sunday. At 8:30 am while sleeping in we had house keeping knocking, we asked again for do not disturb signs. By 11:30am I’m not sure if the front desk missed the late check out on our receipt/stay but they were calling our room, then came up to our room to “check on us”. Again it was pointed out we had paid for 1:00pm check out time. We left by 12:15 and no one was at the front desk to check out. Someone else helping in the kitchen area cleaning, took our room key for us and let the front desk lady know we were leaving. At 1:00 after leaving I received my email receipt which clearly stated out checkout for 1:00pm was paid for.

The staff at the front desk jimmy i believe was his name was phenomenal! Nice staff all around property. Jimmy was very helpful with all my questions and helpful telling me everything when checking in process.
