I checked in after solo traveling with my toddler for nearly 10 hours. I was under the impression this was a non-smoking hotel - however, the floor I was assigned reeked like cigarette smoke. I decided to just stay in the room as it was already late, tired toddler, and we were leaving by 8 a.m. today anyway. Overnight myself and my son started coughing and sneezing - which i attributed to the cigarette smoke. This morning when I was changing my sons pajamas i noticed black cat hair all over his feet, and then looked at my socks to notice the same. I looked around the room and noticed the side.of.the arm chair was shredded - as if a cat had been in the room. Aside from that the bottom of the curtains were filthy and the sheer curtains covered in dust/dirt. The bathroom was also very dusty. Overall it was a pretty disappointing stay. The staff was super friendly though, so theres that. I took photos, but i dont think i can attach them here.

I would recommend this hotel for Everyone!!! The staff was EXTREMELY, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND DID NOT HESITATE FOR ANYTHING!!! I give the hotel and staff beyond EXCELLENT!!! Even the breakfast was a notch above!!!!

everytime i left the room, i had to have them reactivate the room card, because it would not work. Bed was dirty, had to move rooms because the tv was broke, then the tv in the new room was broke, toilet was clogged - a total mess
