Checked in Saturday, left Wednesday morning. Stay was good & staff was all really great & friendly. We grilled on the deck by the pond on their grill & was all nice. Parking felt safe. Would stay again.

This was a rough stay. At check-in, we were told our room wasn't ready even though we checked in about 3 hours after the start time. Once we got in the room, there were a couple of roaches on the wall and the door wasn't locking properly. Worst of all, in the middle of the night, a hotel staffer entered the room while we were sleeping. It was an accident because apparently, the room we were given was listed in their system as "Out of Order." Obviously, this was pretty shocking for us. He apologized, but it still had us up for a while before we could fall back asleep.

Great except no hot water!

Every thing was great except no hot water. Someone sold them instant hot water heaters & installed them wrong so our room on the 3rd floor didn’t have hot water.
