This is the first time at this hotel very big and comfy ,I attended this hotel for a wedding very this was great plenty of staff around and clean a comfy rooms ,the only thing that was not good was the windows at the back of the hotel canal side was very dirty can’t look out very well at the view room 127

Excellent customer service, rooms very comfortable and clean, all staff very friendly. Restaurant very welcoming and the food was great. Would highly recommend staying here. This was our second time and can’t fault the place. Well done all staff which ever part you work in.

Wonderful stay.

Falulous stay. Extremely clean. Large room. Comfy bed. Canal view room had a pretty view. Evening meal and breakfast both really tasty. Hotel staff all really friendly and welcoming. No issues parking. Highly recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, perfect for what we needed. Staff really friendly apart from the 1 gentleman on the desk that completely ignored us whilst we were trying to check out. Apart from him everyone else was lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent too.
