Coming from where we came from this hotel was an diamond in the mine. It was very clean and very comfortable even reasonable one might say . I loved my stay here i wanted to stay longer just because lol. Definitely will recommend.

The front desk staff was excellent. There was a mix up with our reservation and they deftly helped us figure out what happened and get it right. Other good stuff: it’s clean, quiet, there’s a large area at the back of the property for dogs to do dog things. It’s relatively close to shopping, restaurants, and freeways. They allow dogs & have a dedicated area for them. I travel with my Service Dog & we stayed in a room dedicated for people with dogs. So, the run down feel of the room might be a reflection of that accommodation. I don’t know what the regular rooms are like. The meh: no bags offered for pet waste. No free coffee in the lobby. It’s tucked way back in what seems like an industrial area. The only food in the immediate vicinity is the hotel restaurant. There’s nothing else within walking distance. Overall, the hotel is a good place for an out of the way stay close to a lot of higher end shops.

I was very surprised at the lack of an elevator, dirty, old and smelly carpet, torn and stained drapes, and the air conditioner hadn’t had a servicing or cleaning or change in years! The restaurant is extremely limited, nothing other than fried food.

Room was not ready on time got switched but room had a musty smell hallway carpet was lumpy trip a couple times from it being uneven hotel was in between warehouses just not the worth the cost
