TV never works at this location. They don’t even have a remote in the room. When they brought one to the room it didn’t work either and nobody at the hotel could get the tv to work.

I book one night Saturday to Sunday. It was a nightmare I check in. I didn’t even turn on the AC. I went straight to the pool with my family after the pool we got back to the room. We should shower and we left. We came back around 10:20 AC was not working. It was so hot and humid inside the room. I contact the staff. They said they couldn’t do anything not even give me a fan. It was so hot that I couldn’t sleep. Im they said they couldn’t do anything. They couldn’t give me my money back so it was a nightmare. I will never stay at that that property again. Parking was to far out not like pictures
