Great stay at Epsom

Great check in. Reception allowed me early access to my room which was much appreciated after a 5am start and attending a local wedding that didn’t start until 2-30. This gave me some much needed rest. Thank you very much

Epsom Downs

Very nice position on the Epsom Downs Racecourse. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well in the recent hot spell. Good breakfast.

Very quiet, excellent parking. Room has dirt on the floor. Shower mat had mold on the underside you could see through its transparency. Nice buffet breakfast. Paid in advance, with credit card on file, so why a £30 security deposit? Ruins IHG image & reputation. Stayed in their Boston Airport with renovations with no issues. Disappointed.
