The hotel free airport shuttle is a great option and their drivers are very friendly and helpful, as well as the front desk staff. The room was super clean and it is very spacious with comfortable beds and a with a lot of towels. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. Would definetely stay again when we return!

I saw a roach in my bathroom upon entering. I couldn’t take a shower because of permanent stains on the shower floor. There were stray hairs in my bed under the covers. I was too tired and it was too late in the evening to find other accommodations so I slept on top of the covers and did not allow my face to touch the bedding. The incidental charge of $100 was not specified prior to me making the reservation. Overall terrible experience.

If you want to stay safe stay elsewhere. The front desk gave us rooms that were already occupied not once but twice we walked in on people at 10pm. They have no idea how to run the place. Stay away!

The manager is so unprofessional, they decided not to service me all over a bad review. Does that make any sense? Treat a customer’s complaint as fuel for a reason to not serve them and then hide the true reason on as why you don’t want them in the hotel. Just completely rude and insulting. Doesn’t let me explain anything to them and just flat out dismissed me.

Room is old and dirty. The bed sheets and comforters are dirty with blood stains. The bathroom sink is clogged and the shower diverter is about about to fall apart. My worst stay ever !! Definitely will not stay there again !

This hotel should do better by cleaning the rooms before checking in new guests. We checked in to human hair all over the bathroom floor and living area. That was an unhealthy site, a total put off. We requested front desk to send in a housekeeper, but nobody came for the entirety of our 3 night stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
