This site is a low budget motel that priced gauged due to an event at the college. I ended up over paying for the room and couldn’t stay due to horrible chemicals smell that was covering up the smell of dirty feet. It was awful and made my asthma flare up with no refund. Had to check out the same day with no refund. Bad, bad experience and the staff horribly rude and unprofessional.

The breakfast now offers peanut butter which can be a good protein option. The bathrooms are still small and need to be updated but the staff is nice and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean, but... The blackout curtains wouldn't stay shut in the middle and had missing hooks at one end of the window. So I rolled up the bath mat/towel and pushed it against the blackout curtains to keep them shut. Also, the bathtub stopper wouldn't lie flat in the drain, so I used a washcloth over the tub stopper, allowing water pressure to fill in the gap with wet washcloth, and gave the stopper a twist to hold everything in place. The wifi didn't work the first night but I got a signal from the motel next door. I told staff the following morning. The wifi was "refreshed" and worked periodically from that point forward. I used the signal from next door when the wifi stopped working again, off and on.

Located across the street from the University of Oregon, it was a relatively inexpensive motel-like stop for one night. Everything looked to be clean, and the outdoor pool was very clean. Reasonably well maintained for a 2 star hotel. The staff we interacted with were very friendly. Breakfast was included, but it was very basic, consisting of bagels, muffins, toast, instant oatmeal packets, yogurt, cereal, etc. Had free parking, and since the inn surrounds the parking lot and the only entrance is in front of the reception desk, parking seemed to be safe for our rental car. Just keep in mind that this is a 2 star hotel, no more, no less.

One of the reasons we chose this motel was because they accept dogs. However, I’m not sure why. There was no area for our dogs to do their duty other than a bush area at the busy street. They charged us $100 for the dogs for two nights. This is the most we have ever had to pay and we have stayed at way better places. The motel was ok other than the dog situation.

There was no screen on the window so I could not open it and feel safe on a warm spring day. And the smoking area designation was right outside my door and people were leaning on my car while they smoked their cigarettes

The parking spaces are so narrow and so tight that going in forward is nearly impossible but they require cars to do headin parking. Cars can turn sharper backing in. Head-in parking makes no sense for such tiny spaces. Breakfast is really basic.
