I liked the easy convenient location

This was our 3rd stay in as many years at the Novotel, Twin Waters. My husband and I absolutely love coming here. It has that ‘secluded’, cosy feel you crave on a couple getaway. We have zero complaints, which is why we’re planning another 2 getaways this year.

I spent some time in the pool on the roof. The atmosphere was very good, and the staff answered my questions politely and also gave me some extra, helpful information. I would certainly like to stay there again when next in the area.

The room was clean and tidy with good facilities.

Location is terrific..can see the water in the morning

Quiet little retreat, close to everything. We loved the Mag pool and hot tub. Rooms were nice, bed comfy
