Staff is amazing

Honestly this place was better than I expected! My literal only complaint is that the main parking area is a little dangerous to come in and out of, but it's not a big deal. The staff were super nice and the hotel was great. The neighborhood is really nice too, it was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely come back!

We were staying in because my partner going to work the next day and I got event the next day. Grateful to have staff help us and make us feel comfortable our staying.

The place was perfect for our 2-night stay. The staff was very friendly (everyone) and the breakfast was great. Our room was clean and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Friend and I got tix to see the Smithereens at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts and this hotel fit the bill perfectly! Jameson’s Charhouse (excellentl!) is located in the hotel and concert venue is literally less than a minute walk right next door. Free parking. Didn’t have to drive anywhere once we arrived. Check-in was a breeze and you can’t beat the warm cookies they give you. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever get to see a show there again. Old Orchard mall (LLBean, Crate & Barrel, Maggiano’s) is right across the street if shopping and Italian food is your thing.

My granddaughter goes to Loyola and we always stay here when we go visit her.
