Great location and staff

Lovely hotel right in the centre easy to reach everywhere. Only downside was the restaurant was closed till April 15th but not a major issue as we took a nice walk into the square and ate there

A newer hotel, with nice decore. Very similar to business travel hotels in North America. The underground parking beneath the hotel was easy and convenient, with direct elevator access to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. No on-site dinner option during our stay, but with so many good local restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk, never an issue. The room was a basic hotel room, quiet outside, but lots of mechanical noise at night from the room walls -- deducting one star for the difficulty sleeping with the noise. Otherwise, a pleasant and safe choice of hotel, better than most.

A very modern hotel inside the old city walls. Very comfortable room, a climb to the historical centre where the interesting restaurants are. Cannot recommend too highly.

Great location - lovely reception staff - the gal also gave us directions to a few sites and she also gave us ideas for a dinner restaurant on a day when many restaurants are closed. Parking was so convenient with a big garage and easy to enter and exit. Beds were comfortable, nice bathroom with huge shower, wonderful breakfast. Great hotel in a lovely, historical town. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Evora!

Second stay at this hotel. It is being renovated but did not see evidence of it at check in. Parking in garage is a bonus. Buffet breakfast has lots of choices.

Extremely loud noisy room. They have cement floors and wooden furniture, paper-thin walls. The sound resonates like crazy so you hear everything thats going on in the adjacent rooms.

My wife and I had a 3 night stay at the Olive. The whole experience was excellent. Check in was was quick and easy. The room was big, clean, well appointed and the small balcony was a great place for an event drink. A small item was mistakenly left - the hotel arranged delivery to our next accommodation in Portugal. Trull excellent service.

The hotel is newer. Staff was just there, not super friendly at all and inattentive. Facility is ok. Outdoor pool was open for the first afternoon but not clean and the second day it was closed. We did not use the indoor pool. There is no spa to speak of, they could call a therapist to come to the hotel. It felt like a holiday inn.
