When I checked in, the counter took away the parking ticket card, and said that I could use the room card to enter and exit the parking lot. However, I couldn't swipe it out at all. I called the service phone but no one answered. I was stuck at the parking gate for nearly 5 minutes, and the vehicles behind me kept honking at me. I reported this when I checked out the next day. The front desk said that parking permissions were not set up when I checked in, and gave me a new room card so that I could leave the parking lot. However, I still could not swipe out of the parking lot. The same mistake happened twice...unacceptable. In addition, I did not use the 30 yuan VIP discount during my stay. The front desk said that they would keep the room number so that I could use it for lunch. However, when I checked out at the restaurant, I found that the room number had been blocked and I could not pay with the room number. I am very disappointed with the several mistakes made by the front desk staff. I will not consider staying in this hotel again next time.

Overall good hotel. Gym was sub par given the quality of this hotel. Would stay again for convenience and great food options. Chinese restaurant (Din Tai Fung) is a must try.

It was all a bit disappointing I am afraid. The size made it hard to get around. No where decent to get a drink in the evening. Smelly in the casino. Not much choice over time in the restaurants. One bright spot was the swimming pool - which was packed but lovely.

Likes - smell, casino, housekeeping and front desk staff are amazing and very friendly. Dislikes - ARIA Patisserie. After staying here a few times and buying food from this location. I have on mutiple occasions witnessed and received what i will call nicenasty or velvet knife service. To put it plainly - these ladies always seem annoyed and bothered. Not blatantly rude but not outwardly nice either.
