Great stay, but two comments 1. The check in desk had a big Q which was disappointing as this is 1st impression 2. Our room was perhaps a room for wheelchair access so the bed was low and handrails everywhere, which was not ideal. Great location and always plenty of taxis.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We had high expectations for Aria, especially given the premium rates, but this was by far one of the most disappointing stays we’ve had in Las Vegas. There were way too many hidden fees. On top of the resort fee, I was charged just for receiving an Amazon package, plus another surcharge to have it brought to my room. It felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The showerhead and faucets were covered in limescale and buildup, and the carpet was dirty and clearly not well-maintained. This is not what you expect at a luxury resort. I brought these concerns to the concierge and front desk, and they did absolutely nothing—no solution, no follow-up, not even an apology. We’ve stayed at Paris, MGM, and Luxor before, and never experienced such poor service. For the price we paid, the overall experience was frustrating, disappointing, and absolutely not worth it. Won’t be staying at Aria again.

The staff was excellent all were very courteous and helpful, but the venues had no explanation as to what was served in them, and with lines at each one I’m not compelled to wait in line to see what is being served. I wanted to purchase a gift to take home but the clothing sizes stopped short of what was needed, I found in retail you can’t sell based on only your personal taste. So a sweater for $175 went un purchased. House labeled baseball caps $75. If you only want to sell a few then ok.
