They gave my room away and had to settle for 2 queen beds. They did give me a $100 credit and $100 off but the room I got was a little questionable. The sink was clogged and the mini fridge didn’t work.

The shower was full of hair from the previous guest, we were charge for valet everyday even though we paid at the kiosk. I was told I would have a $70 birthday credit when we checked in however I was charged for everything!!! Wasn’t a Happy Birthday stay!!!!!!!☹️

The first night I did not receive the room I paid for and was put in a 2 queen bedroom with broken appliances. The front desk staff were also very rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. I’ve stayed here many times in the past but this last experience definitely changed my mind about wanting to stay there again.

We were told at 3:45pm Room wasn’t ready and they couldn’t give a time even though check in was 4pm. Floor in bathroom was dirty. Noise coming from upstairs first thing in the morning making it difficult to sleep. Terrible experience compared to first time.
