Room was horrible. For a VIP member, I was expecting to receive a good room and was even offered a potential upgrade in the email but at check in no one even bothered to offer. No water was given at check in. Check in person was rude whenever I would ask for anything. Room was not good either. We were on the 5th floor facing a roof. Curtains were ripped off and lights were not working. Zero effort by the hotel to make things right. Would not be going back again.

I'm a vegetarian. I had very few options while dining at restaurants at Aria. On top of that, my room wasn't cleaned for 2 days even tho I kept requesting.
