When I checked in, the counter took away the parking ticket card, and said that I could use the room card to enter and exit the parking lot. However, I couldn't swipe it out at all. I called the service phone but no one answered. I was stuck at the parking gate for nearly 5 minutes, and the vehicles behind me kept honking at me.
I reported this when I checked out the next day. The front desk said that parking permissions were not set up when I checked in, and gave me a new room card so that I could leave the parking lot. However, I still could not swipe out of the parking lot. The same mistake happened twice...unacceptable. In addition, I did not use the 30 yuan VIP discount during my stay. The front desk said that they would keep the room number so that I could use it for lunch. However, when I checked out at the restaurant, I found that the room number had been blocked and I could not pay with the room number. I am very disappointed with the several mistakes made by the front desk staff. I will not consider staying in this hotel again next time.
