Great hotel bad experience

Had a bad experience. Booked the room through hotels.com as I usually do. When I arrived I was told that I could not check in until the next day or pay for another nights stay. I was told that check in time was 4pm my flight arrived at 2 am so couldn't check in until then. I was told that even though I paid through hotels.com that I had to still leave a card for incidentals. I had a over all good stay the food was awesome and the atmosphere was the Same. Unfortunately after returning home weeks later i checked my credit report and found my credit had dropped by 92 points. After review I found that it was because the hotel decided to charge my credit card for the full room amounts on the card that was for incidentals. They had already charged my other card for my 3 days stay at the discounted rate from hotels.com but on my other card charged me for the walk in rates. I basically paid for my 3 days stay twice! They also didn’t comp my room loft 1 of the days. The valet was always paid in cash and tiped but they charged that to the room also. When we were picking up the car on the last day there was a drugged out woman in the seating area. She made a huge disturbance and was taken to jail. She was actually happy to go to jail I guess she was tired of being on the streets. The staff did handle the situation professionally. I’m just really upset that they would not fix these bogus charges. I’m building my credit and was just about to close on my house and was ruined. Really sucks

I liked that it was on the quieter side of the strip, but walkable. I disliked that every single thing was an additional cost. And everything was WAY overpriced.
