Just amazing, I could not fault a thing. Perfect location, easy onsite parking, massive room with a stunning view of the harbour. Super friendly staff, great range of beers in ‘The Pub’. Beautifully cooked & presented breakfast. 100% spot on. Will definitely go back & stay again.

Great stay overall

Service was amazing, the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was perfect, really pleased with the value. Our only issue was that it was quiet noisy in the mornings but think that depends on which room you get - we were right above reception, on the way to breakfast.

Stayed at the Greenbank hotel for part of our Cornwall trip with the dog and the staff were very nice and accommodating with supplying treats for the dog. We also had a room with the harbour view which was fantastic. There is a pub sort of attached which is also very nice. The hotel is very nice, but some bits are a bit tired such as the hallway carpets which have stains. The rooms could also use some sound proofing as we could hear every step from the room above us. Breakfast was included, but was not great and very slow even though the staff had us reserve a time slot ahead of time. There are a few free parking spots for the hotel, but otherwise it's street parking or "VIP parking" for an additional cost. We managed to get street parking okay, but I can imagine during high season it might be difficult to find street parking.

Great place to stay it was lovely, clean,comfortable and the staff was very pleasant,amd dog friendly we stayed 1 day/night on our way to Syt ives and what a good choice, the breakfast was delicious, and just a 6 minute walk to all the amazing shops and cafes

Idyllic trip for couples

The Greenbank Hotel did not disappoint. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, so accommodating to us and our dog. It had such a lovely family feel about it and was a fantastic break away. Our only criticism was we were charged extra to have our dog with us but I couldn’t quite see why, the room we were given didn’t appear to have had any deeper cleaning - there was a distinct deep smell of dog. It was perfect apart from that!
