They advertise WIFI yet AFTER checking in we find a notice by the elevator that no WIFI is available in the rooms. In this day and age this was VERY inconvenient. Had we known beforehand we would definitely have stayed elsewhere. Quite simply DON’T MISLEAD US If you don’t provide the service please be forthright enough to tell your customers before they arrive. We are very unlikely to ever stay at any Comfort Inn/Suites again but I really don’t think that they care. Apparently business is too good

There was no wifi and seemed to be an ongoing issue with no compensation being offered. The staff was unapologetic and said they already offered cheaper rates but was not true given we could have booked holiday in express for the same rate.

Great location..was able to walk to everything we were there for! Staff were super friendly and professional. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and the beds (we had a king size) were very comfortable. Will book again in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making that trip a memorable experience!
