Fantastic views from 5th floor.

Ideal location for short stay to discover Faro and only 15mins by taxi from the airport. Perfect for train journey along the Algarve for the other destinations or to go to Lisbon.

I got a free upgrade so I can’t complain. Really love my suite. The only 2 issues (minor) one is that I can’t drink so I felt the free red wine was left to waste, and the spider net at the corner of one of the balcony door. Other than that it is perfect for my body holiday!

Excellent service, food and views!

Excellent stay in a central location right by Faro’s marina. The views from the hotel room, rooftop bar and breakfast restaurant was incredible. The staff were lovely, always helpful and the restaurant on the ground floor has excellent food. Would recommend and stay here in the future!

This was a really lovely hotel to stay in at a very central location and very close to the old town. There are loads options to eat in and around the hotel. I paid for a marina view room with a balcony but was upgraded to a suite overlooking the body of water beside the marina where we were able to watch the planes taking off and landing and watch a gorgeous sunset. We can’t wait to go back and stay in this hotel.

Comfortable hotel,well situated but eat out.

We have been staying here for 1-2 nights twice a year for many years.Originally we used to be greeted by a glass of wine and piano music in the foyer this time it was the noise of a jack hammer and rubble being emptied into skips.It would have been nice to have been made aware of the renovations before booking. We used to partake in the evening buffet but the quality deteriorated even though we commented about it nothing appears to have changed so we no longer attempt it. Unfortunately the same is said for the breakfast unless you are happy to have everything cold including the items on the hotpate! We eat an early breakfast at 7.00am when it opens but they still cannot manage to provide hot food.What a shame as the rooms are comfortable and the staff are lovely.

Great location! Fantastic breakfast buffet- the fruit and vegetables were so fresh, fresh breads and rolls, and made to order eggs. The room was nice, with a little deck looking over the city. Towels are thin, but bed very comfortable.

Overlooking the Marina, and close to the town. Easy access to everything. Breakfast was really good and staff very attentive. No complaints at all. Only thing negative was that you could not put the air con on as it was set for heat, and personal choice, I would have like a softer mattress, but appreciate, ‘getting it right’ it right for everyone is hard.

Lovely stay in Faro

Since our visiting granddaughter had an early flight, we decided to book this hotel. We booked a three beds suite--nice, comfortable and clean. We missed the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. At check-in, the machine to load the door keys was down so the young lady at reception had to accompany us to our room to unlock the door. By evening, the door key machine was functioning. We were able to park our car right in front of the main doors which was a bonus. We would definitely stay in that hotel again!

Nice property. The breakfast was wonderful with live music and beautiful views. Only complaint is that the room was very dusty and there is no way to control the temperature so it was quite stuffy. I had to sleep with the door open for fresh air, which let in a lot of city noise.
