Perfect retreat

Charming hotel but little noisy as soccer touranament in town. The sound of choir and masses/vespers heard from bedroom window. Great breakfast buffet and service, I will be back!

My 60 year old parents stayed 2 nights and the first night they didn't have heating or hot water and they did not communicate that to them or offered an alternative to transfer to another hotel and they had to sleep at 8C and shower the next day with cold water. Unhuman.

Convenient hotel

The hotel is clean and staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is good . We have 2 twin rooms close to each other , which is good. Highly recommend for visitors as it’s a 10 minute walk from the Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Good location for elderly and those with children.

Day trip to Fatima

The location of hotel was excellent. The room was supposed to have view of sanctuary but there were so many trees that nothing could be seen. A room above 3rd floor had view. Our room was 331. Breakfast was OK too. The furniture was old and need to be upgraded.

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel location is excellent, facing the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. The hotel has been there for years, the building is bright and clean but the key card system is old, still using actual metal key, not keycard. They can only provide 1 key. The WIFI coverage is spotty. I could get WIFI in my room when I sat at the desk, I needed to sit closer to the hallway.. Everything else is very good.

The staff are accomodating, easy to talk to when we have complaints and we were given take away breakfast when we told them that we are leaving early in the morning . Thank you staff! The carpet need replacing, it might be clean under those stains. We were offered new room because the air-conditioner was leaking water, but we opted to stay.
