The Hotel was perfect. All the staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The Consierge, Lorenzo, particularly so. The hotel accommodation was spotless. The location was great and within walking distance of the museums, Duomo and galleries. help be he

only problem was a/c- and it was the hotest Florence had been in years. The rooftop bar was excellent. Great people,the staff was pleasant and attentive. Go there!

Our stay at Hotel Calimala was nothing short of incredible. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, and some of the city’s most elegant shops and restaurants. It made exploring the city effortless. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt intentional. What truly set it apart, though, was the service. Gemma was exceptional - warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. Hotel Calimala will definitely be our go-to in Florence.
