Our room was magnificent! The staff was incredibly accommodating. Just wish we had stayed longer! The location was ideal for accessing everything, including the train station. Would definitely recommend Hotel Paris for your Firenze stay!!

The hotel was great! Great staff and space! The only problem was the beds. Me and a friend shared a room, so 2 twin beds and they were so uncomfortably hard and terrible pillows... you'd get 5 stars if you upgraded the beds!

Staff was fantastic, location was perfect, breakfast was convenient and delicious. The only downside was no warning about the location of our room, which was up a steep flight of stairs, with no elevator. Made getting luggage up and down an adventure, which some travelers would not be able to handle.

The staff at Hotel Paris was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The accommodations were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Within walking distance to major Florence attractions. A bonus for us was the valet service. We didn't have to worry about parking our car in Florence for the night as it was handled by the hotel with a local parking garage. Very convenient!

Very nice property located in a great spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was we had multiple issues with our toilet not flushing. The staff said it was because the button wasn’t getting hit just right. It was frustrating to have this issue happen multiple times during our stay. Otherwise our stay was fantastic.

Lovely property that is truly in the heart of Florence. It was so easy to constantly go out to explore, come back to the room and regroup/ freshen up to explore some more. Staff were very lovely and my even though check in was at 14:00, my room was ready for my arrival at 11:09 and I was able to enter immediately. Complimentary tea and coffee in the dining room 24/7 is a nice addition. I will be coming back to this hotel. Thank you Paris Hotel staff

WONDERFUL!! We loved the hotel, our room was incredible, staff was great and the location was right in the heart of town. We booked the suite and OMG it was so worth it. We loved the history of our building. The breakfast was really good. We would definitely stay here again.
