This is a fantastic concept hotel that my wife and I really enjoyed! It definitely feels young and is indeed a place where students could stay for a school year but it had everything we needed and was easy walking distance to many of the sights in Florence. Super easy to get to from the train station as well.

The service was impecable from the front desk to the restaurant. The breakfast was very good. We stayed an extra day and had to move to another room and it was hassle free. We packed our bags and the porter move us before we had to checkout of the 1st room.

Wonderful, modern hotel and helpful staff. We were in a small room with comfortable twin beds. Fantastic breakfast! Easy walk from the train station and the historic downtown.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of historic Florence. The staff were welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Lovely continental breakfast was included.
