This is an old hotel. But it wa s clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous! To p ark there us expensive!! They just need to update carpet snd funiture. Then this place would be alot better.

Everything was good except the horrible tiny pillows I fought with the 3 tiny mini pillows all night. Every hotel has gone to these and they suck. Instead of putting 6 mini pillows on a king bed let’s go back to 4 king size pillows

The outside was noisy. The breakfast and manager’s reception was very average. The lady working the breakfast buffet was not very nice. We stayed at this hotel because we enjoy the separate bedroom. The air conditioning did not work well and it was warm in the room. It was a good location near the mall and museum. It’s the least nice embassy suites we’ve stayed at

Most of the staff were amazing the only problem i had at this hotel was info that had to do with my service animal and their particular information/policy on the matter specifically they tried to charge me for my licensed service animal because myself and my service animal didnt actually stay the night the first night because when i came to check in there were big group drunk people outside fighting the cops was on the way i was told so i didnt want to stress my dog with all the loud physical fights between several people that were also staying there so decided not to bring her n stay the 1st night of our weekend stay for my two kids birthdays we celebrate together my husband stayed that first night with our children i was in n out that evening bringing things back n forth n then the 2nd night is when my service animal n i stayed the night n the mg told me because i didnt bring her the first night i would have to pay 75+ for each night even tho i could provide my paper work if they really needed me to go grab it so yeah at that point i had already had 1025.00 tooken off my debit so to add another 75.00 for a place i legally shouldnt have been charged for so yeah it was a hassle n i feel i had to kiss the ladies (managers) butt n act like i wasnt pissed n annoyed i had to spend a hr of my time doing all the extra stuff with her so that was my only complaint really that n the pool was closed longer then the specified time that was on their signs n online sunday it wasnt open on

Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t get out until the next day. Picked Embassy Suites because it had 8.2 stars on Expedia and we have never gone wrong with Embassy Suites. The room was clean on the surface but then we noticed sticky spots on the carpet, marker on the mirror, rust stains on the floor around the toilet, furniture that looks beat up, and then hair that doesn’t belong to us on each of our beds. Also, 2 of the 3 elevators were broken. On the one that was working, I put my arm in to try to keep the doors from closing but pulled it out fast enough when I realized they weren’t going to stop. Then discovered that the elevator doesn’t have that safety mechanism built in. That is an accident waiting to happen with a child. The evening reception was dismal. There were potato chips, carrots, celery, and snack mix. The wine I picked to drink tasted like it had turned to vinegar. Do not stay here. I will make sure that I am reading Yelp reviews as well as the reviews on Expedia. Yelp reviews have this hotel 2.5 stars.

I did not feel like this hotel is worth over $200 a night. It is a dated hotel with dated elevators, and rooms. It actually feels like a throwback to the early 90s. This hotel also has the nerve to charge for their own parking. The pool and hot tub just didn't look clean enough to get into and the wifi didn't work for most of our stay. You'll also love the $10 large vanilla latte from the starbucks in the lobby, because their hotel coffee is so poor. The one shining light was the incredibly welcoming woman who was serving breakfast and cleaning tables. Definitely not worth how much they are charging.
