Other than the girl who checked me in, everyone who works in this hotel is rude. It is shocking that this is a five star hotel. I had a negative experience at the Spa. The person who showed me around the spa could not articulate and I couldn’t understand a thing she said. And then I used one of the rooms apparently that you have to pay extra for, this nut stood in the door yelling at me while there were other guests there with her. I asked her to please close the door so I could get up and leave and she proceeded to stand there watching me and never offered for me to add the service. It was absolutely jarring and ruined my time there. In addition in the relaxation area there is mold all over the ceiling. It is so disgusting.
Later, I ordered tea in the lobby in the evening and I had to wait 15 or 20 minutes and talk to two different people to get some tea to take to my room. The maid did not restock the tea or the sugar in my room. And when we checked out, we left the keys at the front desk. An hour later, I got a very rude call telling me I had to leave the hotel. I had already left. I am disgusted at the lackluster service especially at this price point. I was treated horribly. These people have some kind of Superiority complex bc they think they’re a five star hotel. Well, they’re Not. I will not be back to this hotel because of their rude staff. There’s plenty of competition in the surrounding area.
