Rather large room for a family of 4. Everyone had their own bed, which was a huge plus! Large bathroom as well. The breakfast was really nice and the cappuccino was so good! The woman working the breakfast (I didn’t catch her name) was so nice!

Right in the middle of everything

Perfect apart from a snoring neighbour. He/She also had numerous telephone notification beeps all night. Beautiful building, superb location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Liked everything. Great location. Accommodating staff. Nice room, clean, spacious, with everything you need. Balcony was a nice touch. Air conditioning worked fine, mattress is comfortably firm, linens and towels are nice. Shower was incredible, with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was good. Certainly, recommend.

Overall a decent stay. FYI, the ACs for the rooms are controlled by front desk. Had to request them to lower the temperature as we were sweating in the room. It wasnt done on the 1st day.

Great guest service

My rating is not for my stay but for how they had an issue with my room. Before I arrived there was a plumbing issue in my room. When I arrived they had already found me an alternate place to stay, took care of my transfer, and made it the easiest check in possible - I am always impressed when a hotel responds professionally and quickly to an issue before the guest could even complain - well done
