We had a pleasant experience right from the start. Allegra checked us in and gave us a map with insights on the most important areas to visit as we walked through Florence. The hotel is perfectly located, which was most important to us. The rooms included a good sized bathroom and shower and were comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay that is in the heart of the city then this should be high on your list. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was very clean, perfectly located in the middle of Florence, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent, and there are plenty of amazing restaurants just steps away. Highly recommend!

The front desk is very friendly and helpful every time. The bathroom is newly renovated and is what you would expect. It is close to the train station and can walk to the hotel. Stores and historical places are walkable.

Large rooms, well furnished, clean and modern. Facility over all is well kept with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Location is very central, just a short walk from the central station and several main attractions.

If you are a world traveler.. disregard all of these poor reviews. These people are complaining about things that dont really matter to anyone but karen americans. I stayed in room 10, nice balcony... and the absolute coldest air conditioning ive ever seen in all of europe. The hotel was easy to find, less than 5 minutes from train station. Lots of food choices right outside the door. I would only recommend this hotel to friends from here on at.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms had an Italian feel and were spotless with a hot shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices -all fresh and well prepared. Very convenient for the trams and buses and all points of interest are walkable. We all definitely book again!

The property exceeded our expectations. The receptionist at he checkin was warm and helpful. We wished to have had another day. The room was spacious and clean. It is a walking distance from the touristy buildings and the main station. A lot of dining and shopping options. Loved it.

Basic hotel, close to train station.

Room was good size and clean. Breakfast was average, but the standout problem for us was that all of staff was cold, unfriendly and generally unpleasant; especially the breakfast attendant. Will never stay here again.
