O estacionamento é descoberto, mas fechado, garantindo certa segurança. O café da manhã é fresco e saboroso, e todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos. Tive um problema inicial com relação ao quarto reservado: fui colocada em um quarto totalmente diferente do que paguei e que estava descrito no anúncio. Isso gerou frustração e fez minha família esperar, além da decepção por não reconhecer o quarto, que não estava disponível para visualização em nenhuma das plataformas que utilizei. O quarto tinha uma TV muito antiga e móveis desgastados. Apesar disso, destaco a atitude do recepcionista Bruno, que agiu com rapidez e simpatia para tentar solucionar a situação e minimizar nosso desconforto. Também ressalto o excelente atendimento do Hoteis.com, que foi extremamente solícito pelo chat, demonstrando empatia, lamentando o ocorrido e resolvendo da forma mais correta, rápida e respeitosa possível. Importante: posteriormente fomos colocados no quarto que realmente reservei. Esse quarto é confortável, todo novo, com ducha excelente, cama e travesseiros de qualidade, ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. A única observação é que a janela não é totalmente ampla e a visibilidade externa é limitada. Resumo: Bom atendimento e café da manhã, com destaque para a solução rápida do problema. O quarto reservado atendeu às expectativas, mas solicito atenção à transparência na divulgação de todos os quartos do hotel.

Bom Hotel

Bom hotel, muito limpo e cheiroso, apartamentos reformados e com estacionamento gratuito. Tivermos problema com o barulho da máquina do elevador que ficava ao lado do nosso apartamento e nos trocaram de quarto com agilidade e cordialidade. A acústica dos quartos é razoável, conseguia ouvir hóspedes conversando no quarto da frente.
