This stay was to mark the anniversary with my wife, however the cleanliness of the bathroom was 2nd rate. The towels provided displayed mould and suspected bodily fluids. The air conditioner in the lounge area did not work. On check-out I raised these concerns with reception, I requested to be contacted by Management in regards to my concerns, however this has still not occurred. Disappointed that this stay failed to meet minimum standards and expectations.

To our surprise we were set up in the Elysia side of Oaks Cypress but still spent a lot of time back and forth between both areas. The Oaks were more than happy to cater to us and were very friendly and helpful - the shuttle service is very handy. Thank you! Looking forward to our next stay!

Niece Wedding getaway

Beautiful location, close to many of the popular wineries. Villas were very cozy, spacious and comfy. Shame it was only for a couple of days but will definitely return in the near future.
