Pre check-in was great, since I had to drop my luggage off at noon and then return my car. They stored it in a room off the elevators. When I returned after 1 pm the room was ready. Nice and clean, but the window was above the workers trucks and there was noise until late in the evening. The man at the front desk offered to order me a taxi for 04:10 Saturday morning, I came down a few minutes earlier and after 4:15 (no taxi came) I had to find a phone and order one, I luckily used the front desks phone since mine wasn’t making local calls. Thankfully that cab came right away. The free beverages in the room fridge was a lovely gesture, thankyou. I wd recommend this hotel to family.

Good no frills hotel ideal for overnight stay on the way to or from Dresden Airport. Bus to/from Terminal stops outside hotel. Good value rooms and breakfast. Complimentary drinks on arrival much appreciated.

Do not stay at this hotel , you will be very dissapointed.. not even if they paid you to stay there. Dirty, trashy. Tried to swap promised room with lower amenities , when I wanted to cancel, they wouldn’t grant it. I have a complaint into booking site.

The Hotel is easily accessible from central Dresden via tram and close to the airport--a 20 minute walk or frequent public bus service. There is no good restaurants nearby.

Homophobic, abusive and disrespectful.

This is a scummy hotel. 😬 I was gaybashed and disrespected continuously by the hotel staff. Who also acted annoyed and apathetic when asked questions about the usually falsely advertised amenities. The bartender called me a “f***ot” and seemed to think that was an acceptable way of addressing a guest. Other staff mumbled incoherently at me as well as being microaggressive. Some staff seemed to be under the influence of something. Staff also simply didn’t seem to really know what they were doing. The staff’s friends made attempts at trying to segregate me by talking to me indirectly and ordering me not to use any of the facilities (like the restaurant), downstairs. The staff and their friends were constantly talking to me and insulting me indirectly. Which is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The staff also seemed to facilitate deranged locals in stalking me by placing them in rooms adjacent to mine. After emailing corporate I was awkwardly confronted by the bartender and corporate demanded a phone conversation while denying anything was going on. The bartender’s friends (who loiter around the bar) went into a tantrum ranting about murdering or assaulting me. This hotel is not safe but especially I would advise LGBT people to not stay here. Dresden is a bigoted backwater in general, be careful here if you’re LGBT. Lots of things seemed in disrepair. The hotel isn’t totally dilapidated but it struggles.
