The person who had the other room could not make it and someone else took his place. Neither the hotel or Expedia system allowed me to change the name without canceling the original booking with no guaranty of the same price. Also the hotel had different Expedia #s. It took hours and finally a video call from Cambodia to let us use the other room that we had paid for

The room was is good condition but the air conditioner was noisy and didn’t work. When returning from dinner out there was ZERO parking for our worst was no lights in the stairwell! I fell down the stairs

Very run down hotel, they don’t tell you they don’t service your room with fresh towels ever. You find out on your own and have to ask at front desk. Water in toilet and shower have rust and is brown. Tv worked and bed was comfortable. Value for money was about right but definitely run down.

We did not stay. We had two rooms but had a problem with handicap access in the one room. The front desk staff was delightful. So good at helping to cancel both rooms so we could travel together. The front desk was amazing professional and helpful. I appreciate their kindness

The staff is lovely but our room door didn’t work they knew ahead of time but still put us in the room. The tv didn’t work was told still didn’t fix it thru out the stay. The door had to give us a master key. Water needs filter it is brown in toilet sink shower. They obviously choose the cheapest route to try to do renovations . Very poorly done overall. Tiles on stairs cracked can slip. Railings are shaky need to be reinforced. Room door major gaps and trim unsafe so A/C leaks out and can hear everything going on outside. Parking good if can park infront back parking lot ridiculously small. Anything over a tin can of a car won’t fit. Will say paint job on outside might help and just rip up tile leave nice paintable concrete. And go thru all the mismatched room furniture and bedroom decor. Staff very nice and polite but definitely could use an update and better maintenance crew.
