Bad service I will never go back there did not get the room i paid for the picture had dinning room and bigger space i got a small room small kitchen and no dinning room, they provided 2 spoon 2 forks 2 plates 2 small bowls no knife pot and pan with no covers and my car rental got towed when i paid the parking fee already had to take uber to pick up my car wasted a day of my vacation long waiting lines for customs service BAD PLACE FOR VACATION

Office check in older women was very unprofessional and rude. She left me standing at the front desk without acknowledging that i was there for check in. She also was talking with co worker and on her phone texting while i stood there for 10 minutes. Because of her we will not come back.the room was ok.

The door didn't even lock, you had to wipe your feet off from the sand on the floor just to get into bed (we hadn't been to the beach yet, it was previous occupants sand so floors were never cleaned) sand filled bathing suit left hanging on the back of the bathroom door, do I need to go on. This is a dump, DO NOT STAY HERE. After you pay in full on line, when you get there you will be hit with other UNDISCLOSED FEES. Parking, $20 per day. I don't have a problem paying this but tell me UP FRONT, NOT AFTER I HAVE BEEN LED TO BELIEVE I'M PAID IN FULL.

My room got flooded out my girls clothes got all wet and my brand new shoes was ruined then when got moved to an even smaller room then what we paid for! Then in next room we found a roach !! We emailed the owner and got nothing in return

This was a terrible experience unhappy host no ameneties smelly rooms out dated and filthty washateria food was not good at all no fresh juice no eggs for breakfast hamburger buns for toast i used this property to save money because i just sleep at the hotel but never again very sad experience i had better service and sleep experience on a cruise ship

The drapes, venation blinds, furniture, bed, bedding, and appliances were 2 decades old. The room was saturated with air-freshener which was overwhelming. Other that a cool there was no access to fresh air for the room whatsoever.

View was amazing, walk downstairs and the beach was there, you just go enjoy it for a bit and go back to the balcony and enjoy everything, 100/100. The bed was super uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not cooling enough but I enjoyed every moment there. I will be chasing that room for next time. Room 911

The number pro of this property is the close distance to the beach. Literally steps away and also very surprisingly feels quiet here than expected coz we are the boardwalk. There’s a fee for parking and the way to main office is lil confusing. The ladies upfront were tense but I get it customers can be hard sometimes. The man on mornings tho is very chill and hospitable. You pay for parking. Breakfast is continental and lil chaotic but it’s not that bad. The room is alright. The toilet looks like it got stains lol but it’s just from scratches still looks not good on the eyes lol overall it’s cheap and close to the beach!!

The room, basically a small efficiency unit without a stove, was clean but the entire property was a bit dated and needed sprucing up. Window AC unit but it was newer and worked fine. My room wasn't ready by 4pm check-in, so the manager was kind enough to offer a property parking pass at no charge. I had an oceanfront unit with a small patio/seating area facing the beach that I enjoyed each evening. All said, if you're expectations on the room itself aren't high, for the price it's a steal! Directly on the boardwalk with plenty of foot traffic and a selection of restaurants, shops etc.

Loved it

The location is right in front of the beach on the boardwalk. Far enough from Nick's to have dome peace and quiet. The place was update, I think they did a nice job. There is a small kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There nothing else, you would have to bring everything like if you were camping (pots, plates, coffee filter...). AC was very cold. I would recommend and stay here again.

We visited Hollywood beach with kids and loved this hotel. In fact, we loved it so much we extended an extra day! Maria at HBH was phenomenal and full of energy. She made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend anyone staying here if you're visiting the area.
