Pictures exaggerated property condition. Late night parties and noise and questionable activity (definitely not the safest place). Cleanliness about C- or D, and condition was sketchy and worn out. Would not go back, ever.

Check was polite and easy. Room was easily accessible and parking wasn’t hard to find. Room was clean enough. Hotel is an older building but has been maintained. They did hold the $100 deposit for several days. I had to call to get it released.

Our Room had a musty smell. The Air conditioner did not work. The pictures did not represent the room as our room was very dated and in only fair material condition. The nightly rate was overpriced for what it was. We did not have soap. We went and bought our own. I cannot recommend this hotel at the over $200 dollar price they charged.

The facility is not well maintained. The floors felt dirty. Lawn chairs around the pool are broken. Gate access once you exit the facility did not work to get back in which forced you to have to walk around the building. And I’m pretty sure the young man at the front desk was high on something not to mention they wanted an extra $30 to check in two hours early. We asked for a first floor room ended up on the second floor. Nothing positive to say about the facility.
