Dry season in Florida and had to run a dehumidifier and it filled up with water every day - housekeeping didn't empty it. Room smelled, breakfast low quality food , bananas were brown, didn't use pool because lounge chairs were so uncomfortable.

This hotel is a good value choice located very close to the Sanibel island causeway. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi are nice.

Staff gave us keys and room number to a room that was already occupied. Walls must be paper thin, we could hear everything all night long, multiple other rooms TV’s, doors slamming non stop, and so many arguments throughout the night

The faucet water ran for 30 minutes, and never got hot. We were instructed by the front desk to let it run, and it would get hot. We had ro call twice before being assigned another room. We had to go to front desk for the keys to the room next door, they would not deliver.

I had an amazing experience during my stay. Vic, the front desk personal was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious , and very comfortable with all the amenities I nedded for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and supermarkets that make everything so easier. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.
