The front desk attendant at check-in was first rate: congenial, efficient and professional. He continued those trends throughout the stay. Unfortunately, his counterpart at checkout did not display similar qualities; that is, she appeared disinterested and slightly annoyed, although she did facilitate the mechanics of the checkout efficiently. The "hot" breakfast buffet items were lukewarm at best. Television selections and reception were poor. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. Lovely, immaculate room. I look forward to another stay, especially when renovations are completed.

We do a girls trip every year for the Vera Bradley Outlet sale. First time at Hyatt and we had our best stay ever. Comfy beds, lots of room, just mord than we expected.

this hotel does not meet the Hyatt standards. top 2 floors are under renovation and the hotel appearance indicates the entire hotel is due for renovation. Breakfast was substandard. Recommend future guest wait until reservations are completed before reserving room here.

You get what you pay for

My experience was mediocre. When I arrived, there was no WiFi in my room on the third floor. After discussion with front desk and demonstrating I could connect in the lobby, they granted my request to move to second floor. My second night the light above the sink did not work like it had the first day. Informed the front desk on the way out and they told me maintenance would take care of it that day. When I returned in the evening, light still did not work. Breakfast was good, just nothing to get to excited about. Price was about the only good part of the 3 night stay.

I had a two night stay. The hotel was under renovation on the two top floors. Not bad, but a bit noisy since I waa on the 3rd floor. My only real complaint was there was never hot enough water in the shower or sink.
