No coffee pots or microwaves in rooms

I don't know if it is a new trend, but the rooms did not have microwaves or coffee pots. I want coffee when I wake up, I don't want to get dressed and try and get coffee with 100 people in the lobby. I also don't want to go to the lobby to heat up food or water for tea.

Lady who checked us in was super nice! First time staying at this hotel. Walls very thin. There was a fight in the parking lot around midnight. Breakfast was disappointing. Will not stay here again.

I was in room 202. When the people above me flushed the toilet. It sounded like it was in my room. Obviously there was no insulation in the wall, or around the pipe. You should check it out. So you can hear it. Very bad.

Jarrod at the front desk checked me in and he was so kind, friendly and engaging. Someone in our party forgot a toothbrush and he provided the toothbrush and toothpaste. Later in the evening, we realized that our heating/cooling unit had an extremely loud clicking noise that wouldn’t stop. We called the front desk and Cedric was on duty at this time and moved us to a different room within 15 minutes. He even brought the key for the new room to us so we didn’t have to come to the front desk in our pajamas. Even though there was a little problem, it was handled quickly and efficiently! We loved the soaps, lotions and hair products provided in the room and the coffee served in the morning was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel!

Best hotel I have stayed at, they have cover on beds to prevent bugs. They kept the whole place nice and clean I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!
