Beware you will be charged $50 a day for parking. You can not go to your car in parking garage that is right beside hotel if you forget something or want to drive around town. You have to get valet to bring you car to you even to retrieve an umbrella because of rain & of coarse you have wait 30 min & tip them. Very inconvenient. Next time we will stay in stockyard area. There is a bus (orange line) that runs from downtown to stockyard every 15 min & cost $2 each way.

Will not go again.

Pool did not work. Only free parking if you can find any is off location. Valet parking was $50.00 a night. Room had a musty odor. Toilet had issues flashing. One of the beds was leaning. Couch was very old and worn out.

nice large room (does need some updating). good location to dining, Sundance square, and the Stockyards. not an easy check in as the hotel does not have a pull in off the busy street in front of the hotel. extremely dangerous. discussed this with the staff and they did not seem to be concerned with my complaint. No parking on site and only Valet offered and it is $46.00 per day.

IN FOR NCAA GYMNASTICS

Woke up to no hot water and unable to shower; at 1:00 pm water still not on. Breakfast was okay… not up to the usual Embassy Suites standards. Parking is crazy! You must valet! The only highlight of the stay! Saturday - finally got a shower but no water pressure! So disappointed. Close to many restaurants but won’t stay here again.

Super easy access to the area. Front desk, guy there was super helpful and nice. Only little poke would be we had to go get bedding for the pull out even thought we booked it for 6 people...it wasn't ready for us.

There room was a mess. No sheets on fold out bed/couch. When asked for sheets only recevied one flat sheet. No fittend or second sheet. Blanket was itchy and ruff. Door to bedroom was missing a handle on the bifold doors. Lights were not pluggend in behind the couch. Phone did not work. No swimming pool found. Very disappointing for an Embassy Suite.

WARNING!

WARNING!!!! We had valet park our car when we arrived then retrieve it for us when we left. THEY CHARGED US 150.00 FOR THIS!!!!! No where is this ridiculous charge posted and had we known, we would no have used valet at all!!!! The hotel is stuck very much in the 1970s and is in dire need of updating.

We had a great stay! Family trip for spring break. Great location. Close to all kinds of things within walking distance. Short drive to the stockyards. When they say parking is available be ready to valet. Not a big deal just a heads up.
