The pool was out for awhile. The little store in the hotel was ridiculously expensive . The room had a odor and bed not to comfortable.

What do that was the staff! Dawn, who was working at the front desk, help me connect to the Internet via my laptop. Then, the day I checked out I couldn’t find my cell phone and thought I had left it in my room. Dawn accompanied me back to my room to help look for my phone she even called my phone from her phone. To my embarrassment, I found my phone in one of my pocket pockets later but she was very helpful and very polite and very patient with me. Tonetta is a traveling manager: she greeted me during breakfast my first morning. We had a discussion about North Carolina, where she is from. The following morning she again greeted me at breakfast and recalled our conversation from the previous day. She is an asset to your management staff with skills in customer engagement!

We didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed the super convenient location to Will Rogers, Ol’ South and other eateries. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were a little soft, but still comfy. Very quiet too for being right off the highway.

Construction projects noticed in several places which appeared to be stalled. One room under construction had door propped open with no activity during my entire stay. Three people behind the check-in desk engaged in conversation with each other and then on their cell phones during breakfast. Not very professional.
