Room was clean, and housekeeping was friendly and cleaned the room well. The bed could've been a little firmer, and their were no extra pillows in the room. Although I asked for extra, they were never brought to us. I liked the blackout shades and soundproofed rooms. Halls were a little noisy on Friday night with kids running and screaming on the first floor.

My husband and I stayed there for one night, checked out, and both of us had insect bites on our bodies after we left the hotel! It was mentioned by my daughter that she had seen a bedbug and had taken a picture of it! As you can see from the picture, it shows the location just in case the hotel denies it ! I have called them several times but they have not answered!

The only thing I didn't like was they had only one chair in the room where multiple people staying in the room.It makes it a little inconvenient
