Well, where do I start when I got to the hotel it was in a nice location and easy to find. As I entered the room it’s smelted like dogs.but I didn’t complain because I’m on a trip with my family so I went to go get cleaning supplies and I cleaned the room. The room looked old and cheap. on my second day being here, the front desk came down to accuse me and my family of smoking which me and my fiancé are truckers so that wasn’t true. they came to our room to smell and it was a misunderstanding so he did apologize but to be treated that way it’s just ridiculous.
If you are traveling with children this hotel is not safe at all. The light switch kept cutting on and off, which could’ve electrocuted me in my child as well as the outside door was not securely locked for $700 I could’ve spent it somewhere else where I felt Alittle more safer in a hotel that would’ve treated us better don’t be a fool like me and stay here.
I promise you it’s not worth it. I will never stay here again and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.Im not trying too down them, but it’s to make people aware.
Oh yeah the key card will have you going to the office a million times to get it reactivated
