The property is well locate for meetings at Meeting center . Reception is good , staff is good , but room smells bad. All my clothes , after three days , are smelling as bad as room. It is sad because breakfast is good too. I like everything but smell

Nice, but tiny!

Overall the hotel is clean and the service is good. Good selection of food at breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms however, are so tiny. I think the room is around 300sq feet. Once you get a bed, nightstand, desk, wardrobe I. There, there wasn’t even space for our suitcase. And with two of us in the room it was very tight. The bathroom as well was very very tight. Once you were in there with the door closed you couldn’t really move. If you are claustrophobic, this hotel is not for you.

Sou acostumada a me hospedar em Fortaleza e sempre mudo de hotel, pra comparar e ver qual o melhor. Primeira vez nesse Bristol e sinceramente foi decepcionante para um hotel desse perfil e novo. Quarto limpo, mais minusculo. Vc anda de lado de tão pequeno. Gostei do Shamppo , condicionador e sabonete liquido de qualidade. Não gostei das toalhas. Dura e sem cheiro. Lavanderia pessima. O pior foi o quarto ser pequeno e a cortina não vedar direito a janela. Bem cedo a claridade dentro do quarto. Horrível! Quarto primeiro andar. Não fique nele. Agora vamos para o café. O principal da hospedagem! terrivel, decepcionante e nogento. Encontrei uma chicara com dois dedos de leite. Acho que era leite ninho que não desmanchou pregado dentro da chicara. Se uma chicara é mal lavada, imagina a higiene da comida. O rapaz viu e ficou todo errado. Sem contar que as atendentes com cara feia pq ficam doida pra tirar as comidas. Detalhe: Cheguei no café 09:20hs. Sem contar que o café é ruim, sem gosto e muito simples. Nada de novidade. Qualidade péssima. A única coisa iisa que eu gostei desse hotel foi a tolerância pra fazer o check-out pq eu disse que estava com uma senhora de 83 anos.
