It was such a thoughtful and perceptive touch that went far beyond the standard chocolates on the pillow. It showed that the hotel sees its guests as individuals with unique hobbies and interests. That bookmark is now a cherished keepsake I use daily, and it will always remind me of my pleasant stay.
