We had a lovely stay at waves. The views are great the beach is small but we were always able to find a chair. The staff was incredible. The food was very good I was a bit worried about only having a few restaurants but the menu changed daily at Seascape.

Resort was absolutely breath taking! Staff was beyond fun, professional and accommodating! Ashley and Stefan were the best!!!

I loved everything about this hotel! The beach is beautiful! The drinks were really good and all the food we had. Our room had the best views of the oceans! Also the staff were fantastic! Every single person was super friendly ! Would definitely come back again !

Kitchen was equipped sufficiently with everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was good as well with a variety to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was disappointed with the experience on my final night, dated May 6, 2026. During my stay, the female pool bar attendant tried to take $40 USD from me. I immediately reported the issue to management, but I did not feel the situation was handled with the seriousness or urgency it deserved by Eliza (General Manager). As a guest, safety and trust are basic expectations when staying at a hotel. Instead of feeling secure, I left feeling violated and frustrated. While the staff was polite, the lack of accountability and follow-up regarding the incident was unacceptable. I strongly encourage the hotel to improve employee screening, security procedures, and guest protection policies to prevent situations like this from happening to others. Regrettably, I was unable to attend the Harbour Lights Dinner Show due to the staff's actions and the absence of empathy, understanding, or resolution from the general manager, Eliza. Despite the actions of these two employees (Eliza and the barkeep), I appreciate the front desk staff (Shevika), restaurant staff (Conner?), and housekeeping. I would feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this hotel to others if I were provided with a follow-up regarding this matter.
